Enforcement of this Privacy Statement
We may occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the privacy statement. We encourage you to periodically review this privacy statement to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. Your continued use of idesign constitutes your agreement to this privacy statement and any updates.
idesign does not accept returns. Since the service provided by idesign is mostly one of a service based feature, we do not accept any returns or supply any refunds. Billing disputes must be settled prior to invoicing, and completion of services. Any work done by idesign on a project even after it's cancellation, will be billed at the idesign standard hourly rate for time and materials invested.
invoices shall be net 15 or 30 unless otherwise noted and agreed upon in writing. 30-60 days past due invoices shall be billed at invoice +5%, 60-90 days past due shall be invoiced at invoice +10%.
You may be asked to put a down payment towards a project, especially when a large sum is involved. idesign may broker services on your behalf for a fee, but any disputes arising from such a transaction shall occur between you and the vendor providing the service. idesign shall help to resolve any and all disputes as necessary.
idesign may choose at any time to replace, or redo any and all parts of projects as necessary to keep project standards up to par.
Any job installations, shall be done at request of client, and client shall remain responsible for all liabilities, installation code requirements and anything arising for either a force majeur or otherwise.
Image Rights and Usage
Any and all images licensed on behalf of the client shall remain soley the responsibility of the client as the end user to obtain any necessary releases, and usage rights. idesign does not license images, nor distribute images.
idesign retains the right to use projects created on behalf of clients for it's own promotion, and will keep samples of projects created on file.
Securing of photo releases shall remain the responsibility of the client for any photoshoots done on behalf of a client by idesign or any of it's affiliates, unless otherwise arranged prior to event or shoot.
